Session Structure

What Happens in the Workshop

Three hours. Four segments. One complete advanced protocol built to your specific situation.

1
Hour 1 • 0:00 - 1:00
Your Baseline Assessment

What your current markers actually mean, and what they do not. Reading your labs in the context of your protocol goals, not clinical norms. We establish your true starting position before designing anything.

2
Hour 1.5 • 1:00 - 1:30
Stack Architecture

Building compound combinations for your specific goals. Which educational frameworks apply to your situation, which common pairings create redundancy, and how to sequence based on your response history.

3
Hour 2.5 • 1:30 - 2:30
Protocol Design Live

Building out a complete 90-day advanced stack in real time. Participants work through their own design with direct input from the room. The most intensive segment of the session.

4
Hour 3 • 2:30 - 3:00
Q&A and Troubleshooting

The questions nobody asks in public. Specific scenarios, edge cases, and the nuances that get skipped in every other educational context. Thirty minutes of unfiltered answers.

Preparation and Outcome

Before and After the Workshop

What You Bring
  • Your baseline labs from the past 90 days - the more complete, the better
  • Your current protocol, if you have one (written out, not from memory)
  • Your goals, written down and specific - not "feel better," but what markers you are targeting
  • Your honest questions - the ones you have not been able to get answered anywhere else
What You Leave With
  • Your custom protocol framework, designed during the session, ready to implement
  • The full workshop recording - yours to keep and review
  • The Advanced Stack Reference Guide PDF, exclusive to workshop participants, not available anywhere else in the curriculum
  • A direct answer to your specific situation, not a generalized recommendation
  • Clarity on sequencing, timing, and what to track over the 90 days ahead

Results From the Room

I had been running the same basic protocol for 14 months with diminishing returns. The baseline assessment hour alone reframed everything. By the end of the session I had a completely different approach and a clear reason for every change. The recording is something I have gone back to three times.

Restructured 14-month plateau protocol in one session

The stack architecture segment changed how I think about pairing compounds entirely. I came in with a 4-compound stack I thought was optimized. Left with a 2-compound stack that has produced better measurable outcomes in 60 days than the previous 8 months. No fluff. No hedging. Just education that actually transfers.

Simplified from 4 to 2 compounds, better results at 60 days

I came in skeptical that a group setting could address my situation specifically. The Q&A segment at the end covered scenarios I had been unable to find addressed anywhere in the public curriculum. The 20-person cap matters - the room stayed focused. Worth every dollar of the $250 and I would do it again at twice the price.

Fit Assessment

Who This Workshop Is Designed For

This Workshop Is For
  • Individuals who have completed at least one full protocol cycle and have their own data to work from
  • Anyone who has current baseline labs and knows what they are tracking
  • People who want to advance beyond the free Academy curriculum into more specific design territory
  • Those with specific goals that require more than general educational frameworks - body composition, recovery, cognitive performance, or hormonal optimization
  • Anyone who has been running protocols for a while but has hit a wall or wants a structured outside review
This Workshop Is Not For
  • Beginners with no protocol experience - the free Academy curriculum is the correct starting point
  • Anyone without baseline labs or unwilling to get them before the session
  • People seeking medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations - this is educational content only
  • Anyone looking for dosing or sourcing guidance - the workshop covers design frameworks only
  • Those who cannot attend live and expect real-time input from the session - the recording is available but the design work happens in the room

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

The workshop is structured but interactive throughout. The first hour is framing and assessment - you follow along with your own data. Hours 1.5 through 2.5 are active design work: you build your protocol in real time. The final 30 minutes are open Q&A. You are expected to participate, not just watch. This is not a webinar.
Yes, every registered participant receives the full recording. However, the live design session and Q&A segment are where the real value concentrates. If you know in advance you cannot attend live, it is worth waiting for a future date when you can be present. The recording captures the content but not the interaction.
Labs from within the past 90 days are strongly recommended. You do not need to have a comprehensive panel, but having your baseline hormone markers, metabolic panel, and any peptide-relevant biomarkers will make the assessment segment significantly more useful. The workshop functions without labs but the protocol design work is substantially better with current data in hand.
No. Each workshop session is exclusively for registered participants. The recording goes to attendees only and is not released, repurposed, or sold publicly. The Advanced Stack Reference Guide PDF is also exclusive to workshop participants and is not distributed elsewhere in the curriculum.
The free Academy covers foundational protocol design, single-compound frameworks, and the science behind the core educational material. The workshop covers advanced stack combinations, multi-variable protocol architecture, the interpretation of complex or non-standard lab patterns, troubleshooting protocols that have plateaued, and the design decisions that cannot be generalized into a curriculum without losing their specificity. It is explicitly designed for people who have already completed the free material.
