A live, small-group working session: design your own 90-day foundation protocol with the THE PIVOTAL PROTOCOL curriculum team. Workbook in hand, recording for replay, advanced stack guide PDF for when you go deeper. $250.
Most peptide content gives you a long list of options and tells you to pick. The Workshop does the opposite. You arrive with a body, a goal, and questions. You leave with a sequenced 90-day foundation plan that you wrote yourself, audited live with the curriculum team, with the underlying logic explained step by step.
Three hours of structured walk-through replaces three months of YouTube and Reddit. The framework is the same one Academy members spend six weeks absorbing. You get the compressed version, live, with the ability to ask "what about my situation".
Once you have a sequenced plan, the noise becomes signal. New compounds in your feed get evaluated against your map instead of replacing it. The pull to chase the next thing weakens because you finally understand what you are doing.
You leave with a written audit cadence. Weekly journal format, 30-day decision checklist, signal categories. You are no longer asking "is this working" with vibes. You are answering it with notes you wrote.
Twelve teaching segments across three hours. No filler. No ice-breakers. We start at 10:00 sharp.
Why this is education, what the workshop is for, what it is not. Confidentiality norms for the small group.
Each attendee writes a one-paragraph goal statement in the workbook. We screen-share two volunteers and audit them live.
Walk through the canonical map: weeks 1-4 baseline, weeks 5-8 first variable, weeks 9-12 audit and adjust.
The four categories: somatic, performance, biomarker, subjective. How each is logged and weighted in the audit.
The two formulas. A worked example with vials chosen on the fly. You do the math; we audit.
The seven-question filter for evaluating any new compound you encounter. Applied live to two compounds attendees name in the chat.
Stretch, hydrate. Workbook page 14 prompt to fill while you are away.
Each attendee drafts weeks 1-4 of their own foundation map in the workbook.
Three volunteers screen-share and we audit their week 1-4 plan live with the small group.
Weeks 5-12 of your own plan, including the first variable and the audit cadence.
Open mic. Every attendee gets at least one direct question answered before we close.
How to use the workbook, the recording, and the advanced stack guide PDF over the next 90 days. No upsell pitch.
The workshop only works if you arrive prepared. Four items, not optional.
One paragraph in your own words about what you are actually trying to accomplish over the next 90 days. Not "I want to feel better." Specific, measurable, time-bound. The pre-workshop email contains the exact prompt.
Your current state in the four signal categories: somatic, performance, biomarker, subjective. The pre-workshop checklist walks you through how to capture this in 20 minutes the night before.
Optional but useful. A standard CBC, CMP, lipid panel, hsCRP, fasting insulin, A1c, and free testosterone if applicable. Within the last six months. We do not interpret labs clinically; we use them to inform sequencing logic.
What you are currently taking, what you have tried in the past, and how each landed. One page in the pre-workshop intake form. Honest is more useful than impressive.
Eight concrete deliverables. Not "clarity" or "alignment." Things you can put in a folder.
Three documents, designed to outlast the workshop itself.
32 pages. Every prompt, every framework, every audit checklist. The single document you use during the workshop and reference for the next 90 days.
Three hours, captioned, with chapter timestamps. Available in your member area for 12 months. Download for offline watching included.
48 pages. Goes beyond the foundation: compounds, sequencing logic, reconstitution math, and the decision frameworks for moving from foundation to your second 90-day cycle.
Anonymized, initials only. Educational outcomes only. No clinical claims.
Three years of stack chaos. Always adding, never measuring. Could not tell you what worked.
Foundation map written, stack reduced to four core compounds with clear rationale. Journal kept weekly for 90 days.
Brand new to peptides. Read articles for six months and was paralyzed by options.
Started a foundation protocol two weeks after the workshop. Hit the 30-day audit, made one adjustment, continued.
Restart attempt. Tried twice in two years, both times stalled at the math.
Reconstitution math segment broke the block. Has been on a foundation protocol for five months without a single math anxiety event.
Healthcare-adjacent professional. Wanted a clean framework to think with for own clients.
Uses the seven-question filter and the four signal categories in own client conversations. Keeps the workbook on the desk.
Two years of social media intake. Knew everything and nothing.
Stopped following five accounts. Joined the Academy. Has not asked a single "should I add X" question in three months.
Currently on a stack. Wanted a structured audit before deciding whether to continue.
Used the 30-day audit checklist on the existing stack. Pruned two compounds, kept three, added one. Documented every reason.
Twelve quotes, all initials. All educational outcomes only.
"Worth every dollar. The workbook alone is worth the price; the live audit was the bonus."
"Three hours, zero filler. I have done 10x cost workshops with less density."
"The math segment alone was worth it. I stopped being afraid of vials."
"Small group felt right. Twenty was the upper limit; I would not want it bigger."
"The seven-question filter is now on a sticky note above my desk."
"The day-14 follow-up audit caught a sequencing error I would have lived with for a month."
"Honest, calm, no theatrics. I needed that after a year of hype."
"Walked in skeptical. Walked out with a written plan I actually trust."
"The team answered my niche question with a real answer instead of a brochure."
"The four signal categories changed how I read my own body. That is the take-away."
"The recording is annotated and chaptered. I have re-watched the audit segment four times."
"You leave with a finished thing. That is rare in this industry."
Honest side-by-side. We are not for everyone; we want you to know which column you are in.

The workshop is taught by the team that built the Academy curriculum. We do not do the personality-driven instructor model. The framework is the product. The team rotates: the work has been audited, refined, and taught the same way for over a year, regardless of who is on screen.
What you are paying for is the curriculum and the live audit, not a celebrity. That is intentional. It also means the framework outlives any one person, which is how we want it.
Every facilitator has personally taught the workshop at least four times before being put on the live calendar. Every session is reviewed against the curriculum spec to ensure consistency. If you attended last quarter, the next session covers the same map.
No. The workshop is education. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or supply. Anything clinical happens with your licensed clinician.
The free webinar is a 75 minute lecture. The workshop is a 3 hour working session where you write your own plan and have it audited live, plus the workbook, the advanced stack guide PDF, the recording, and the day-14 follow-up audit.
Capped at 20. We do not exceed it. Below 20 leaves enough room for every attendee to get at least one direct question answered.
The recording is yours for 12 months. We strongly recommend live attendance because the audit segments are the highest-value part. If you must miss live, you still get the workbook, the recording, the advanced guide, and the day-14 written audit.
Encouraged but not required. Camera off is fine. You can submit your map screen-share to be audited even if your camera is off.
One ticket equals one attendee. If your partner wants to attend, they need their own ticket. We are firm on this; the cap exists to protect Q and A quality.
The workshop assumes you have at least watched the free Academy intro videos or attended the free webinar. If you have not, we strongly recommend doing one of those first. The workshop will move at a pace that assumes that baseline.
The workshop is for foundation design. If you are deep into advanced stacks, the coaching program is the better fit. The workshop will still be useful as a clean audit of your foundation logic, but you may find some segments familiar.
Never. We do not name suppliers, vendors, or retail channels. Sourcing is your responsibility, with your clinician and your own due diligence. We teach the framework that helps you evaluate any source you find.
Free Zoom client, or any modern web browser. The workbook is delivered as a fillable PDF; you can print it and write by hand or fill on screen.
Via email 48 hours before the workshop. Two formats: a printable PDF and a fillable PDF. Bring the format that works for you.
$250 is the standalone price; we do not break it into payments at this price point. If $250 is a stretch, the free webinar and the free Academy give you most of the foundation framework.
Cancel 7 or more days before the workshop: 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days: no cash refund, full credit toward a future workshop or the Academy. We are firm on this; the cap means a late cancellation is a seat we cannot resell.
Yes. We run the workshop every 4-6 weeks. The next dates are listed at the top of this page; the calendar updates monthly.
Yes. Past attendees can re-attend any future workshop for $100 instead of $250 if there is a seat available. Email after registration opens to claim the alumni rate.
We want you to attend because you actually want the framework, not because you are afraid of losing money. Our terms reflect that.
No fine print, no hoops. We would rather you walk away with credit than feel stuck.
8 of 20 seats reserved for the May 24 session. We close registration when full or 24 hours before the workshop, whichever comes first.
