Refund Policy

Effective May 4, 2026. Operated by THE PIVOTAL PROTOCOL.

This policy governs refunds across every paid surface of THE PIVOTAL PROTOCOL Academy. The plain language version is on our guarantee page. This page is the legal detail.

1. Academy Monthly Subscription ($97 / mo)

Full refund of the most recent charge if requested within 30 days of the first charge. The trial $1 charge counts as the first charge for purposes of starting this 30 day window.

2. Workshop Seat ($250 one-time)

Refundable in full up to 7 days before the scheduled event date. Inside the 7 day window the seat is non-refundable because capacity has been held and event-specific materials have been prepared for you.

3. Coaching Retainers ($500 / $1,000 per month)

Coaching operates on a sessions-delivered model. Refunds are pro-rated by sessions not yet delivered in the current billing month.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only. We cannot refund to a different card, a different account, or via a different method (no gift cards, no checks, no crypto).

7. Recurring subscriptions after refund

When a refund is issued on a recurring subscription, the subscription is also cancelled. Access continues until the end of the period that was already paid for, then ends. You will not be charged again.

Please email us before initiating a chargeback. We will issue any qualifying refund directly and faster than the chargeback process. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in immediate account termination.
