If the Academy is not what you expected within 30 days, write us and you get every dollar back. No questions, no pushback, no retention call.

Watch the modules. Read the guides. Attend a workshop. Try the protocols.

Decide

Within 30 days of your first charge, decide if it was worth it.

Refund

If no, email us. Money returns to your card within 5 business days.

What is covered

  • Academy monthly subscriptions ($97 / mo) within 30 days of the first charge
  • Workshop seats ($250 once) refundable up to 7 days before the event date
  • The trial $1 charge counts as your first charge for the 30 day window

What is not covered

  • Coaching retainers ($500 / $1,000 per month) operate on different terms specified in the coaching agreement
  • Workshop seats inside the 7 day pre-event window (the seat has been held against capacity and material has been prepared)
  • Renewals beyond month one of an Academy subscription

How to request

Email [email protected] with your order ID (in your receipt) and the words "refund request" in the subject. That is all we need.

  • Acknowledged within 1 business day
  • Refund processed within 5 business days
  • Returns to your original payment method

No retention games

We do not call you. We do not pop up a save offer. We do not require a phone interview. We do not ask you to "complete a survey" first. You email. We refund. That is the whole transaction.

Why we offer this

Two reasons. First, we are confident in the product. The people who finish Module 3 do not ask for refunds. Second, alignment. If we make you happy, you stay. If we do not, you should not be stuck. That keeps us honest about what we ship.
