Within 30 days of your first charge, decide if it was worth it.
If no, email us. Money returns to your card within 5 business days.
Email [email protected] with your order ID (in your receipt) and the words "refund request" in the subject. That is all we need.
We do not call you. We do not pop up a save offer. We do not require a phone interview. We do not ask you to "complete a survey" first. You email. We refund. That is the whole transaction.
Two reasons. First, we are confident in the product. The people who finish Module 3 do not ask for refunds. Second, alignment. If we make you happy, you stay. If we do not, you should not be stuck. That keeps us honest about what we ship.
