Why a tracker matters

The single biggest predictor of whether a peptide protocol works is whether the doses actually got administered on schedule. Compliance beats compound selection. A perfect stack you forget half the time will lose to a simple stack you hit every day.

Tracking creates two effects. First, the act of marking a dose complete forces a moment of conscious attention, which reduces "did I already take this" double-dose errors. Second, the streak counter creates a small daily reward that compounds into long term habit.

This tracker is intentionally minimal. No accounts, no notifications, no advertising, no data leaves your browser. You can export your data as JSON at any time and import it on a different device. Clearing browser data deletes your tracker, so export regularly if continuity matters.

How the streak is calculated

Your streak is the number of consecutive days where you completed every scheduled dose for that day. A day with no scheduled doses (for example, an off day on a 5 days per week compound) does not break the streak.

The 30 day completion rate is total doses completed divided by total doses scheduled across the last 30 days. A rate above 90 percent generally indicates the protocol is being followed well enough to evaluate efficacy. A rate below 70 percent means compliance, not compound choice, is the variable to fix first.

Days per week scheduling uses a simple rule: 7 days schedules every day, 5 days schedules Monday through Friday, lower numbers schedule the first N weekdays. You can override by treating the tracker as a checklist regardless of which day it shows.

Frequently asked questions

Where is my data stored? Browser localStorage under the key "tpp_doses". Nothing is sent to any server. The Cloudflare Pages logs cannot see your tracker contents.

What happens when I clear browser data? Your tracker resets. Export to JSON regularly if continuity matters. Drop the JSON file back in via Import to restore.

Can I sync across devices? Not automatically. Export from device A, transfer the JSON file, import on device B. A future version may add encrypted cloud sync as an opt in.

Why is there no notification feature? Notifications require server side push or persistent web app installation, both of which add complexity and reduce privacy. Use your phone's built in reminder app for now.

What if I take a dose later in the day and forget to mark it? Just mark it whenever you remember. The tracker only stores whether each compound was completed for the day, not what time.

Can I track multiple stacks (for example, AM stack and PM stack separately)? Add each compound separately with the appropriate time of day field. The today list will show all of them and you can mark each one independently.

What does the calendar grid color mean? Solid gold means every scheduled dose was completed that day. Faded gold means some but not all. No color means a day with no scheduled doses or a day where nothing was marked complete.
